Question about worms in fresh meat you kill in field

I saw a number of you answering the question about boiling water, so I'm going to toss this question: If you kill some sort of meat while in the field, and cook it, will that kill any sort of worms or parasites in the meat?

I don't hunt, so this is outside of my direct knowledge bit, but if I did, I would cook the sh!t out of whatever I got, it would be nearly charred!
