I hope there is no limit to the number of questions you can ask, because I have one more for me today. Another item I'm looking at getting is a fire pit. Portable.. But the question I have is how durable are these things after you heat and cool them a few times? Do you find the cooking surface adequate? I was watching this dudes video, but a bit on the fence:

I have never used the one above before mate. I do know that If you buy good quality ones they will last you for many years.

Haven't used this either but again, good quality products with thick steel will last for years
