Need reliable and portable jump starting gear for 2019 Wrangler

I just spent the last 4 hours trying to help my neighbor track down what is pulling juice from his battery, which keeps draining. No luck. If he doesn't start his truck for 2 days, his battery is weak and will often not have enough juice to start. Can you recommend a good solution?

Have you looked at those portable USB battery banks that have the jumper cables on them?
