Jeep roof crossbars load rating?

My dealership just recommended this site to me, so good to meet you all!

Here's my story: I just bought a 2021 Jeep Gladiator, it no roof rack on it, and I want to add one. Now I'm not ready to drill holes through my roof and want something that I can easily take on and off. I've noticed a number of companies selling roof crossbars that latch onto the Jeeps roof on each side just above the doors.

My questions:

Can these sort of crossbars support a roof top tent?

Is there a way to lock these down so no one with a socket set can take my gear?
