Jackery Explorer 1000 USB-A not working?

I have a Jackery Explorer 1000 that I recently bought and none of the USB-A ports work on this thing. I've not been successful in reaching customer support for them. I was hoping there might be a simple solution to this? The unit shows 100% charged, so not sure what might be happening here?

Can you run an AC with something like that?

Yes you can run an AC, just not long depending on the total wattage draw.
