Jackery 1500 Pro - issues

A couple of weeks after acquiring my 1500 Pro, I couldn't help but chuckle when I saw the display indicating a 14% drop in charge. I charged this thing and monitored it, only to be disappointed when it lost another 2% within just a few days. Has anyone else run into this frustrating issue? I have noting plugged into this thing and it's off, so there should be nothing pulling power from it?

Interesting.
I've just started playing with building my own batteries and noticed that the BMS's cant be turned off. They will always put a very small drain on the batteries as they monitor them.
The purpose of the BMS is to keep all the batteries the same. If you have one that's bad (lower voltage then the others), its possible the BMS is trying to balance that particular group by draining the others down to the lower ones level.
Its possible yours is either normal or excessive. I would drop them an e-mail. Post back either way, I'm curious on what would be considered normal on your system.

But 2% drop in a few days? At this rate a couple weeks go by and this thing could be under 50%.
