How to clean Skottle when on concrete?

So I've had this Skottle now for a few weeks and just getting used to cooking on it. When I'm in grass, I use water and push the dirty water off to clean it. What do you do when you are on concrete and can't push the greasing water off?

Very carefully, boil the water like you normally do and push it into a bowl or container. Personally I would place a piece of cardboard or something under it.

Yeah, I don’t know about cleaning it as I normally do in the field. I would get off what you can and use only a little water and perhaps scoop off what you can, then use metal brush lightly, and re-oil the surface once clean.
