I would install this on a Ford F150. Looks pretty slick, but how do you get inside?

Seems lightweight so I would say it won't hinder off road abilities. if the space is enough for you then go ahead!

You access the inside from inside your bed, there is a hole that goes up to the top.

I saw these, but the thing I don't like is that the roof isn't a true hardtop and you can't install stuff on it.

Agree, that looks like a hard top tent. Those are designed as I understand to be super lightweight though. So might not be as rugid as other options.

A buddy of mine is looking at one of their cap campers. Actually I think they just have the one. He was telling me about it last weekend. Pretty slick concept. My buddy wants to put doors on the back of his cap like Alucab, making it more usable space. He's looking into the logistics of making that happen.

So would you need to beef up suspension for this or would stock suspension and such be fine?
