We pay more for shipping items with FedEx or UPS, and it takes longer for items to you. Plus the added bonus of items becoming 'lost' after showing in route and on time. This is the second time this has happened in the last few months and needless to say, I'm annoyed. We are going camping this afternoon for the weekend. We ordered one of those Ecoflow Wave 2 portable AC units because it's just super hot out. It was supposed to be here yesterday and showed it was going to be delivered yesterday. Nope. FedEx said it was lost and would likely show up today. I've been calling already and they just told me it's not to be found and I have to set up claim. How in the world of this day of age of computers do you lose a package so frequently?!
