Did the Chevy ZR2 Bison DETHRONE the Jeep Gladiator?

Factory 35's and front/rear lockers. Not bad GM. He did mention several times about the hydraulic bump stops. I wish he would have driven it on something other then a dirt road. It was a loaner vehicle.
Dethrone? Ehh..not in the same class. Compare it to a Tacoma or Ranger then get back to me.

The truck he drove had an AEV package. That scares me because AEV is known for loosing interest in something after a few years.

Bison package
Bison Chevy ZR2 Edition-exclusive gloss black, 18-inch AEV wheels. High-approach, stamped-steel front bumper with integrated recovery points and winch provisions. Strong and durable stamped steel underbody skid plates for the front of the vehicle, steering rack, exhaust, and transfer case.

Unless I'm mistaken, there's no spot for a winch on the custom bumper.

Personally I like it overall except the yellow (really?) seat belts. Looking forward to seeing more on this. So far MSRP is around $62K with the package with a loaded Gladiator being about $65K

Sure looks nice, i'll give them credit there. 395 junky just picked up one as well.
