Converting 2006 Dodge Sprinter 2500 SHC to overland rig?

I'm shopping around and trying to find better priced alternatives to Mercedes, which seem ubiquitous with overlanders. I just don't have the budget. So, starting on the other end. What about these Dodge Sprinter vans? Like this one: https://www.carfax.com/vehicle/WD0PD644465967586

If I were to buy, any idea where you find all the stuff for the inside? These are pretty much gutted. Thank you!

Neighbor has a van he just built and it's coated in Rhino spray and it looks amazing. Vans are fun, build as you go!

Ended up buying a 2013 Mercedes Sprinter van anyway. Now the fun starts to get this converted! Super excited about this path I've taken. Just can't wait till this is completed!!
