Can leather seats be repaired?

A screw driver that was left in a back pocket stabbed a hole into one of our seats, is there a way to fix this?

There's leather patch's out there. Never used one but seen them. Biggest issue is color matching.

Worse case you might luck out at a junk yard

Last time I had a hole in the seat of my truck, I just used seat covers that I picked up at Autozone for $34 I seem to recall.
