Are aftermarket lights really worth it?

Hi guys, I am thinking of getting some aftermarket lights for my truck but I am not really sure if they are worth it. Are they needed for minimal nighttime trail driving?

They are mate, however you don't need much. A couple of spot lights are all you need for the most part
