Zerobreeze Mark II or wait for Mark III?

We really need to do something about sleeping in the heat. I was going to pick up a Zerobreeze and I see they have a Mark II out there, but released a Mark III, but there seems to be uncertainty about the shipping dates on this. Some places say this summer, some say Feb of this year, others are saying fall of this year. If buy a Mark II, what is the resale value of these things like in case I want to upgrade to the Mark III?
 
As soon as the Mark 3 hits the shelves, the Mark 2 value is going to tank. Think about it, if a larger AC unit is available for nearly the same price, you will need to give the Mark 2 away in order for it to make sense to someone. But yourself in a buyers shoes, what price would it make sense for you?

Perhaps this is a clue to why the Mark 3 didn’t launch on time. They are trying to blow out their Mark 2 inventory so they don’t loss that $$
 
Have a Mark 2 already, will upgrade ours next year. Have no idea what our Mark 2 will be worth by then. I'm sure not much compared to the new one. But at that time we got 2.5 years of use from it. So, it is what it is.
