Why are Patriot trailers so pricey compared to others?

We have been looking at a trailer to tow and keep coming across a few brands, Patriot being one, but dang, their prices are SOO much more than others. Why is that? They look like many others, and functionality and features seem to be on par. So what's the deal with these?

a ton of tariffs and import fees from australia. super legit trailers but pricey.. kinda complicated IMHO, and their only distribution center is in oklahoma which is a long long long drive from anywhere

Why not more dealers then? Send more inventory over and drive your shipping cost down.

You do bay a lot of import fees but the are certainly a great trailer that will last for decades. Have you tried looking for any used ones? You may be able to get yourself something for a more affordable price and closer to where you live.
The Aussies really know what they are doing when it comes to this kind of stuff
