Where to mount spare tire when to large for OEM spot?

Gladiator drivers, I just upgraded to 38" wheels on my Gladiator and just noticed my spare no longer fits underneath my truck! I absolutely need a spare and trying to figure out best spot to mount this. I would rather not put in my truck bed as I use this.

Have any of you tried one of those rear bumper mounts?

Have you tried deflating the tire and placing under the truck?

Cole, I'm pretty sure that will only work up to a 37" tire. 38" is going to be to big.
