What's the deal with Sunflarexplor BLOX solar panels?

I just saw a video from GTFO on these solar panels and I'm trying to understand whats the big deal about these. He talks about these being modular, but aren't most solar panels modular? I recall reading an article about solar panels made from Sunflare last year, so I know they make some good stuff. But this particular 'BLOX', I just don't get.

Just found it and first thoughts, I think because it's on foam core back. I don't know. He references that you can angle the panels up, but fails to show how that is happening. Is there arms in the back that you lock in place to have on angle?

Yawn, overpriced if you want my 2 cents. You can build brackets much more efficiently from aluminum t slots.
