v8 vs v6 what engine would you prefer in your 4wd?

V6 for the economy on remote trips mate. It is a bit of a vague question though as some v6 are more powerful and more thirsty than some v8s
 
It depends on the specific engine mate. Some V6 engines are better then some V8s and vice versa. I will say generally I would prefer the V8 due to the power and noise
