Two 5lb Propane Tanks vs One 10lb Propane Tank??

I'm going to mount Propane bottle to the back of my truck, but now thinking if I go with one 10lb, it's a big tank and if that fails, I'm screwed. Vs going with two 5lb tanks mounted on each side. That way, it looks better, not as big, and I have redundancy. But have you ever had a tank fail?

I would go with the two 5lb'ers. While I have never had a tank fail before, I do like redundancy.
