Suspension and tire upgrade for 2023 Toyota Tacoma

We are making some big changes to our overlanding and camping set up. One of them includes adding a rooftop tent to our Tacoma and getting some higher clearance. What sort of suspension will be a good place to start to accommodate more weight (from roof top tent and gear) and contribute comfort when long drives on washboard roads? Then what is the largest wheels we can add before we need to make major modifications to our truck (example; shaving and cutting parts)?
