Running a rack with load bearing tonneau cover?

I've decided to put a Rebel Offroad rack on my Gladiator, but I'm trying to find a tonneau cover that you can step on and it can take weight on top of it. Alex recommended the Diamond Back cover, but that doesn't work with having a rack. Are there any that will work with a rack?

Diamond Back in the only one I know of that you can actually have serious weight on. The problem is most rack support hang to far inwards which of course hits any sort of cover opening.

Off grid, I looked into this last year. I was told we could extend the mounts for some racks, which would allow partial opening of the back lid of the Diamond Back. So still I would need to climb into it from the back most of the time.
