Roof rack with sides anchor points?

All the roof racks that I have seen have no side walls that you can anchor and secure gear in. Is there a DIY kit for Rhino rack or a rack that has even a frame sub wall going around perimeter of it?

If you get a roof rack made from T-Slot aluminum, adding things like tie downs is easy. My cruiser has a Prinsu and I will probably get one for my Tacoma. I not only can add in as many tiedowns as I want but can slide them around as needed. Take the same idea and add on mounts for things. I also have my awning and shower mounted to it with T-Slot bolts.

Pretty sure Rhino has walls you can get for their roof racks as well. From there you can get some bungee straps or straps of some sort and sinch things down
