Pros and cons of going from a TJ to a brand new Tacoma?

The Taco won't be as capable off road because it's huge compared to the wrangler and it's also IFS. It still a very capable vehicle though and it will trump the TJ on road. Furthermore, you will be able to carry all the gear you need and have many comforts.

It depends on what you want it for, if it's for overlanding then go for it. If you are planning on rock crawling the TJ is better
