Optimal lift kit size for overlanding in a TJ?

What's up fellow off roaders? what would you suggest is the optimal lift kit size for overlanding in a TJ Wrangler?

No more than 2 inches mate. If you are planning on hitting the hard stuff go for 3 or 4 but it is a compromise on road no matter the vehicle

2 Inch. depends on what you will be doing though. Stock size may be enough too if you are only hitting mild trails.

2 inch. Go for a good one if you want your back to stay in one piece
