Mic in Jeep is hard to hear?

Any of you have a tough time with your Jeeps mic? People I'm talking with can never hear me well??

Is it because it's picking up road noise? Can they hear you better when you stopped? I will often use my Airpods in the car, or one of them for talking to people.

Yeah, not much you can do about that
