Looking for on beach camping recommendations in Maine?

We are driving up to visit some family in Vermont next month. I think we are going to drive a little bit further to Maine. Get some lobster and find someplace to camp on the beach. Would you happen to have any good spots you can recommend there with beach access? Actually to clarify, we want to camp on the beach. Many thanks for your help!
