Keeping the inside of a track slightly warmer overnight

I like sleeping in my truck every now and then as in some areas with bears and other animals it make sleeping feel slightly safer. However, all the glass and steel are no good when it comes to heat insulation and it gets pretty cold in there quick.

I want to avoid diesel heaters, heated blankets and heaters such as a MR Buddy. I take a good sleeping bag and some bedding, is there any other way to give the car slightly more insulation?

Thank you

You certainly make the correct choice when bears are around!

There is some insulation material that looks like a sun protector for the dash but it goes all around your windows. This helps stop some of the cold coming in from there!

You can use that reflective material that I see many using for windshield dash covers. You can cut that to fit any of your other windows as well.
