Just ordered a Nordic Pocket Saw

I've seen a video on this saw and finally decided to order one. Kind of really curious if it will cut better than my bow saw and how easy is it to get a cut started.

I share my experience after I get out and play around with it. Post here if you have one of these.

I'd be curious when you start a cut does the blade try to go sideways till you get into the wood a bit? Please share results.

I've seen those, but never had enough confidence to order one. You'll have to post your thoughts after using it. Think about this, if a bow saw blade is not crazy tight it bends and moves all over the place making it hard to saw. So in order for this to be an effective saw do you need to have crazy tight pressure on it?

I use a bow saw regularly. Because it holds the blade from both ends it shouldnt move around.

I've seen this one before but never used it. Ill be curious how much effort it takes compared to a bow saw. These remind me of muffler cutters.
