Jeep Gladiator owners using their truck for work as well?

I've been in construction for 24 years, specifically I do drywall. I don't have the space to have two trucks. But find recently that I've been getting more and more into camping. But the challenge is upgrading my truck, some of the upgrades conflict with this being a work truck. Example - putting a bed rack on the back prevents me from carrying sheets of drywall or other lumbar.

Curious what others are doing in similar situations?
