Is the 100 series land cruiser too big for off roading?

For rock crawling and tighter trails it is yes. It is an amazing vehicle for overlanding though. insanely comfortable with a lot of space in the back

I would say it is fine for the US. It won't be a rock crawler though as its too big with IFS
