How to tell if gas is bad?

I have a 5 gallon can of gas I forgot about and can’t recall when I bought it. Can you tell by the smell or look if it’s bad?

Wasn't sure myself and went looking for a video and found this one of a father and son filtering 14 year old fuel and using it. Fired up that motor bike just fine!

LOL I'm surprised that gas did anything! When you consider what color gas is out of the pump, that motor most have had deposits left after running that fuel.

They proved a point, but there is no way in hell I would use that gas again!

I was thinking the same thing bacon boy! The gas burns, why run that through, but then again they ran it through the bike they just fixed.

I thinking in MaxMax the cars and such in that movie ran on gas looking like this Aside of Hollywood if you are runny gas like this in your rig, you better have a mechanic on standby. That bike will likely turn over on very little compression, vs your truck will require a lot more likely causing a no start scenario.
