How to patch an Expeed mattress?

My Mega Mat Duo has a hole in it. Have you needed to patch your and did the patch hold? Wondering should I attempt or just buy another one. I don't want to be out camping for a few days and have it fail and be stuck with it out in the field.

I'm pretty sure it comes with a patch kit, why not use that one?

Yes they do come with a little patch kit, honestly I have no clue where mine is.
