How stable is Rightline Gear Moki Door Step?

I was just on Amazon and noticed this thing. How sturdy is this when you are stepping on to it? Does it shift?

Have never seen this before. Says it was on Sharktank, wonder if they got funded. Looks like it could work, but jury is out to lunch on this one.
 
Is that back end coated in rubber? If so, that underweight would likely not move much. For the record, I don't own, just making observation or guess on this rather.
 
Interesting, first time seeing this thing. I would try it. But it looks like it could work if you can keep that base in one spot
 
WTH, this is seriously something my wife would absolutely love. She is always complaining about climbing and tieing things off on the roof.
 
I would say it may work yes. Although if the metal of your truck is thin there you may do some damage
