How in the world do you contact WhiteDuck customer service??

I bought one of their 13' bell tent and had some questions. I sent an email to them on Friday last week and nothing back yet. I was trying to find a number for them and can't find squat. Nothing is listed: https://whiteduckoutdoors.com/pages/contact-us

Would you happen to have a number for them? My tent didn't have ANY paperwork which you'd expect it would.

Did you check their "Contact Us" or "Order Status" buttons on the bottom of their website? Oh wait, you did email them. OK, I would go with the Facebook option.
