How do you clean your carpets after a muddy trip?

I use an of the shelf car carpet cleaning product. It usually works. If it doesn't take it to a car wash and get an interior shampoo

As mentioned above, I just use a carpet cleaning product or wait for the mud to dry out and then vacuum the carpet

I use plastic floor mats that hold mud and dirt so a really ever get the carpet of the vehicle wet. Those deep mats are worth the money if you ask me
