How come my compressor has water coming out of it?

Just noticed there is a little water coming out of my air compressor and would like to know why? Is this normal or what do I need to do to stop it?

Condensation. You should have seen my shop compressors. If we didn't drain the tank nightly, they would literally pump water out. You see it when its humid.
