How can I keep my engine cooler during those hot summer days?

Invest in an aftermarket radiator

Bigger radiator and an intercooler if it is turbocharged. If you do not want to spend a lot of money make sure that you have new good quality coolant!

Not much you can do other than upgrading the radiator and fan
