How bad are mud tires on the motorway?

Hey guys, I am thinking of getting some mud tires for my jeep but I don't want anything that's going to be too noisy on the motorway. Does anyone have any experience with them?

if you go for a good brand such as BF they aren't bad mate. The cheap ones will make your ears bleed
