Downside to mounting winch on 2" receiver?

If you have a 2" receiver on front and back of your truck, any negatives mounting your winch on hitch? That way you can move from back to front with your winch as needed. Any negatives doing this?

How much does it weight, do you mind the overhang, are you capable of wiring it your self?
I’ve only known two people with this and it was a bit of a pain. Picture the size. Now get stuck in mud or in a spot where it may not be easy to install this thing. Also how much side leverage can you put on either hitch if you can’t get a straight pull.
fortunately the two guys who did this never used them. One of them could barely lift the winch as it is.

Common ATV winch's are around 1k. Their tiny.

Vehicle wise, the general (unwritten) rule has always been, "at least plus 50% of your vehicle weight". So 5k vehicle min winch should be at least 8k.
On the other hand, I have stalled a 12k winch doing a mud extraction.
