Disco V8 won't crank when hot

Anyone know why my Disco V8 won't crank when hot? After a 30min drive, refuses to crank until it cools down again. Starter motor and battery seem to be fine.

Your starter motor is probably getting warm when the engine is running and prevents it from turning over.

It happens at old starter motors sometimes
