I do have issues some times when squeezing underneath trees or low hanging branches. It is something that you will have to live with and carrying a chainsaw will definitely be handy

Most probably you will have some issues. If you have a pickup truck I would highly recommend mounting it on the bed as it keeps the centre of gravity low and also puts some weight over that bed which provides more grip.
