DC drip coffee machine?

Does anyone make a DC powered drip coffee machine? Mr Coffee machine is AC and takes up so much power to run.

Amazon has a bunch under "12 volt coffee makers", but the reviews are very mixed. People talk about how slow they are to make the coffee.

The problem with the DC is lack of power to heat up the elements like you would get with AC

Had one, and that is exactly the problem. It takes forever to make a single cup of coffee and it's not even all that hot.

I have a cheap Amazon branded 5 cup coffee machine that I want to say paid $19 for. It's AC, but makes one great cup of coffee.

Better off just using a pour over or French Press

Agree, the aero (forgot the name of it) in the field french press thing is all you need. That and Jetboil so you can heat the water up
