Of course it can. There are plenty of setups online you can take ideas from

I wouldn't call it a 5 star hotel but it's definatelly better than sleeping outside

With the correct setup it can easily be turned into a comfortable sleeping setup if you a have a topper. You won't be able to sit up and chill out like you would in the back of a normal wagon 4x4 though. So just sleeping here
