Bubbles in paint be fixed?

I just noticed I have a few bubbles that are formed in my paint. Is there anything that will fix this vs having to have the entire hood repainted?
 
Bubbles? I think if you put a pin hole in it and hit it with a heat gun, that might work. Very likely will need to be sanded down and reshot.
