Beach camping tip?

I will be doing some beach camping next week and I was wondering if you have any suggestions that would make the whole experience even better?

Keep the sand out of your tent and find a way to stay cool. A small fan can be a good solution. A tarp under your tent is also a great solution for keeping the sand out.
