Any alternative to a sleeping bag?

I am planning on doing some cold weather camping (below 0 Celsius) but I don't want to use a sleeping bag as I fid it very uncofortable.

Does anyone have any good alternative?

Use a warm blanket as a base layer and a sleeping bag rated blond the temperature you will be sleeping in to cover yourself. Don't actually get in the sleeping bag to zip it. This will make it more comfy

Heated blanket as a mattress cover and some thick blanket to get in and stay warm
