Ushi Outdoors was founded with a simple goal: to craft adventure-ready trailers that embody innovation, durability, and exceptional design. These trailers cater to outdoor enthusiasts who expect the most out of their gear.
We checked all the boxes with our flagship model, the Ushi OG. A compact cargo trailer with extreme versatility that features a built-in kitchen, cooler compartment, RTT mount, rust-resistant anodized aluminum body, and tons of storage to keep your gear organized. The OG quickly earned a reputation as the perfect companion for the great outdoors.
Our next mission was to focus on an ultra-rugged, compact overland trailer built for the more adventurous outdoor enthusiasts. Meet the USHI Chuck.

Ushi Chuck – The OG’s Hardcore Brother
As the world of overlanding continues to grow, so do the demands of our customers. We listened to the feedback and realized that there was more we could do. This led us to design a compact trailer that could handle the path less taken.
The Ushi Chuck was designed for overlanders and hardcore adventurers. We took the versatility of the OG and wrapped it in a simplified, rugged trailer. With a ¼ box aluminum frame, 12 gauge steel fenders and racks, available Timbren axle-less suspension, and an articulated hitch, there is no trail that the Chuck can’t handle.
Whether you’re looking to mount a 3-person roof-top tent, carry bikes, kayaks, e-bikes, water supply, power stations, solar panels, or electric coolers (to name a few), the Chuck is built to handle the toughest conditions while offering the flexibility to customize your setup.
From weekend warriors to full-time adventurers, Ushi Outdoors is proud to continue pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the world of outdoor trailers.
The USHI Chuck is Compact. Rough. Ready.
Standing at 711 lbs., the Ushi Chuck is the perfect size for those who need agility in the wild without sacrificing capability. When you’re overlanding, the last thing your trailer should do is hold you back or prevent you from adventuring.
The Chuck is ultra-rugged and lightweight, making it easy to tow, even on rough, narrow trails. Whether you’re weaving through forests or handling rocky paths, this trailer won’t slow you down or overload your vehicle. And when the trails get really sketchy, you can unhitch the Chuck with ease and pop the stabilizer jacks down to leave it back at base camp.
Built for the Elements: The USHI Chuck is Ready to Rock
Overlanding often means facing tough environments – rain, mud, salt, and extreme temperatures. The Chuck is made in the US with an aluminum frame and siding, meaning it’s rust-resistant and durable enough to handle all kinds of weather.
The fenders and rack system are both crafted from 12 gauge steel and coated in a bedliner, so you don’t have to worry about any parts giving in after a few trips. It’s designed to take the beatings that overlanders are familiar with and keep going, year after year.
The USHI Chuck is Off-Road Ready
While some trailers struggle once the pavement ends, the Ushi Chuck is ready for whatever lies beyond. With stocked 31-inch off-road tires and 14 inches of ground clearance (with the option to go axle-less), it’s built for off-road life. Go ahead and tackle steep climbs, gravel roads, desert dunes, and swamp bogs because the Chuck won’t quit. It was designed to be able to follow you through the harshest conditions so you can focus on the adventure ahead.
This Compact Trailer Offers Practical Storage for Serious Gear
With versatile storage solutions like a spacious “truck bed,” weatherproof tongue box, and the optional aluminum diamond plate cover, the Chuck keeps your gear, tools, and essentials secure and organized. It’s ready for serious adventure, capable of handling a roof-top tent (RTT), an awning for extra shelter, a pressurized water tank, and pretty much whatever else you’d like to mount up top from bikes, e-bikes, or kayaks.
The three 2″ receivers in the back make hauling extra equipment a breeze. With everything within reach for the journey ahead, you no longer have to worry about digging through bags covered in muck. With so many ways to customize each Ushi trailer, we cater to a wide range of outdoor enthusiasts. From camping to overlanding, tailgating to biking, kiting to snowboarding, you’ll find it easy to Unleash Adventure with Ushi.
And on top of all that, we’re just getting started…
